Overview

An experienced Administrator required to work on a permanent basis in a full time position.

The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Site Manager and other colleagues.

Duties

Print and distribute job packs, input data onto the Work Manager IT system, scanning record documentation, preparing minutes and maintaining an accurate and up to date filing system.

Using Work Manager to allocate work activities as requested.

Raising Purchase Orders for materials and services.

Process security documentation.

Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls.

Liasing with staff and client personnel.

Assisting Facility Surveyors in the collation of Condition Survey data.

Experience Required

The ideal candidate must have previous administrative experience and have worked within a customer-focussed office environment.

Must have good IT skills along with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
