Overview
Excellent opportunitiy for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to work for a studio of highly creative, imaginative architects. This will be initially for 6 months, to be reviewed.
Company
The culture here is informal, open and very team spirited. Close to the city centre with excellent public transport links and on site parking. Projects range for large mixed-use masterplans, refit/refurbishment of buildings, such as the conversion of a warehouse to HQ for a large NE business. The company has small team of people at present.
Job
This position requires a Senior Architectural Technologist able to take a project from inception to completion.
Production of designs, specifications, working drawings for a large HQ refit, valued at £13 million.
The role will involve not only the technical design, but also being involved in the on site project management.
Experience
Must be a Senior Technologist with a wealth of experience working on large projects.
Modern office building/commercial and project refit/refurbishment experience is essential.
CAD proficient.
