National Sales Manager

Our Teesside based client is the largest independent company in a strong network, generating annual revenues of approaching £5m. Employing almost 50 staff in the North East, it has several UK based sites and plans to boost sales of its services to blue-chip clients and SMEs building on considerable investment in technology in the last three years.

Responsible for identifying new prospects for the company and planning short and long terms strategies to enhance sales, main duties will include:

• Identify and optimise sales opportunities

• Drive revenue growth, developing and implementing a clear sales strategy, effectively analysing do opportunities.

• Effectively lead and develop a growing sales team

• Establish close relations with customers

To qualify, you must have 5+ years of successful sales experience in a managerial capacity. We need a driven and inspirational leader with a solid understanding of and background in the print market, a commercially astute person who is able to identity sales patterns and respond swiftly to market needs. You must be a committed target driven individual with excellent analytical and communication skills, somebody who relishes the challenges and responsibilities of devising and implementing sales strategies to meet business performance objectives.
