Overview
An exciting opportunity is coming up for an experienced Private Practice Quantity Surveyor/Project Manager to work in Egypt. This project is long term, approximately 3-5 years.

Job
An experienced Private Practice Quantity Surveyor with Project Management experience is required to be site based in Cairo. The project is the major refurbishment of a hotel (c1000 bedrooms c$100 million).
Pre and post contract work.
Will be managing the contractors on site ensuring this runs to time and budget and be responsible for cost management and client liaison on this project.
Experience Required
The successful candidate must have a strong Quantity Surveying background with proven cost management skills.
Ideally will have prior experience of working in the Middle East or on major projects, and be familiar with the FIDIC form of contract.
Remuneration
Maximum salary as below (package can be negotiated at interview stage, accommodation and meals will be included)
