An exceptional chance to develop your career with an industry leader in biochemistry/life sciences. This is a newly created role with an exciting young company, recently established and backed by one of the North East’s most successful and longstanding specialists in a closely related field.
Working with a strong database you'll be making outgoing calls and general sales enquiries, converting inbound leads and capitalising on opportunities from future marketing campaigns. Working with experienced managers as part of a newly established team, targeting agreed numbers of calls and contacts you’ll also help to create data lists, agree timescales and provide effective feedback.
First and foremost, you'll be a skilled and determined telesales professional, ideally with experience in a technical field. We require knowledge of relevant processes and the ability to meet targets and KPIs as well excellent negotiation and online presentation skills. Educated to degree level or equivalent an understanding of IT markets and/or biochemistry/life sciences is desirable, but not essential.
