Trade goods supplier with several North East sites requires flexible and motivated HR officer to work as part of a small team reporting directly to the MD. Employed initially for around 4-6 weeks the successful candidate will be considered for the role on a permanent basis.
Responsible for HR, Training, Health and Safety and PA duties the post holders duties will include handling disciplinaries and grievances, issuing contracts, advising line managers, inducting new employees and ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation.
Ideally CIPD qualified, you will have significant experience in a generalist role and will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
