Customer Service Administrators

This is an opportunity to join one of the UK s leading online insurance brokers where you will receive excellent training and support. These roles will see you dealing with the allocation of sales enquiries, resolving client queries and processing new business and renewal applications utilising bespoke online applications and software.

The successful applicants will be expected to provide a high level of customer service at all times.

Applicants must possess a confident telephone manner and be able to work with minimum supervision. Although not a pre-requisite for the role, some experience of financial services and or insurance would be desirable.

Minimum Requirements: -

4 GCSE s

NVQ level 2 or equivalent

Good working knowledge of Microsoft office with a particular emphasis on MS outlook.
