TELE CONSULTANT

It is essential all applicants have excellent communication skills with clear command of English language, together with at least 6 months continuous Call Centre experience (Inbound and Outbound).

To respond to inbound e-mails / telephone calls and to make outbound telephone calls to customers who require information on mortgages and convert initial enquiries in to an appointment to be arranged to have a face to face meeting with an Independent Mortgage Advisor.

You will handle all e-mails / telephone calls within pre-defined script and will be required to achieve KPI s set out by the manager. You should have excellent communication skills and deliver an excellent customer service at all times. You will be expected to work as part of a team to achieve service levels, as well as being able to work on your own initiative. There may be some ad-hoc duties delegated by the manager as required.
