Quantity Surveyor - Harrogate

This is a very well respected and successful quantity surveying and project management practice looking to expand its quantity surveying staff. You will join the company as a surveyor, working on a wide range of commercial projects, ranging in value from £500,000 to £60m. Whilst the main nature of the position will be within quantity surveying, any previous gained within employers agent type roles would also be an advantage, as there will be elements which you will look after

Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally be RICS qualified, or be on the way, partially way through APC. You will also ideally have a background of working within a PQS commercially driven environment.

Salaries will be negotiable depending on current level, and benefits will include a healthy car allowance, health care and RICS fees paid. There will also be a bonus for new clients introduced to the business. As the practice officed are not in the town centre, there is ample room for parking, and commuting is not as much trouble as getting into city centre offices every day.
